TMC Media started in 2011 and has been producing commercial video and photography out of Melbourne ever since. One director, a trusted crew, and a client list that ran from national brands to the business down the road.
Tim McCartney
Tim founded TMC Media in 2011 and has directed every production since. He is the sole director and secretary of TMC MEDIA PTY LTD, and the person you deal with from the first call to the final delivery.
The work spans campaigns for Vogue Australia, KPMG, Iveco, Luxury Escapes, De Bortoli and Gallagher, alongside long running relationships with owner operated businesses who needed the same standard at their own scale.

How it went.
TMC Media begins
Tim starts shooting and editing in Melbourne under the TMC name. Live events, music and small commercial work, learning the craft on real jobs rather than in a classroom.
TMC Live and TMC Sessions
Concerts, live sessions and artist content become the backbone. The reel builds through music video, multi camera live capture and long form performance work.
Agencies start calling
TMC Media begins taking production work through agencies including 90 Seconds, Skie Video, Happy Hour Digital and Malone and Co, delivering for their end clients from Gallagher Insurance to Chemist2u and De Bortoli.
Vogue, KPMG, Iveco, Luxury Escapes
The work moves up. Campaigns for Vogue Australia with Lewis Hamilton, KPMG Victoria, Iveco Trucks and Luxury Escapes. Photography for Todd Woodbridge runs on billboards and in shopping centres nationally.
TMC MEDIA PTY LTD incorporated
The business becomes a company, registered in Victoria, ACN 660 757 415. Tim is sole director and secretary.
Scalus App registered
TMC Media registers Scalus App as a business name and launches scalus.app and scalus.io, turning fifteen years of watching what actually converts into software that service businesses run on.
